just read a lot. it doesnt matter what you read as long as you enjoy it. the more you read, the better you will get in english. listen to english tapes and movies and cds and music. i remember i was watching on tv that someone asked Heidi Klum how come she speaks english so well, and she responded that she listened to a lot of Madonna songs. watch kids shows in english, like sesame street, etc. find english speaking people and just practice.

As much as possible, use English language all the time. Practice makes perfect. Listen to english songs, watch english movies and tv programs. Also, read some books. It can help a lot. Goodluck my friend! Have a nice day!

Possibly take classes, and also watching documentaries and the news on TV in English is a good way of learning proper English.
