Sleeping Beauty

Can someone give me good suggestions on how I can get a good sleep at night. Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night I can no longer get back to sleep. I've tried drinking warm glass of milk, taking warm shower and even taking sleeping pills before going to bed but still nothing seem to work. What could be wrong? Please don't ask me to consult a doctor as that doesn't work either.

hi dear you are already 50 .
otherwise i wanted to suggest go for a ....
and now with this situation i still recommend you to have a ....before you sleep . it will have its own effect and you will sleep longer. and comfortably. at least you are assured of no midnight wake up calls. rasp
