Cigarettes or Wine/Beer? Which would you give up?  

in my opinion,cigarettes is very dangerous to our health,so i don't smoking,and i also told my family and friends not to smoke.
but i think wine and beer is not too harmful to our health if we can hold the quantity of beer and wine we drink.as old people says,wine is good to our blood and beer can let you feel cool in summer.

Cigarettes.Let me make it clear.It doesn't mean "give up",because i never choose cigarettes.I don't smoke and enjoy live in a healthy way.It is harmful for my health.Well,wine or beer has a little bit positive effect to my body.

When I was a teenager and in my early twenties I was social drinker but I have never been a smoker. I think that alcohol in moderation is fine but in excess it can be really dangerous. In my home country there are many schemes to help people give up smoking. Cigarette packets have quite strong warnings on them but many people take no notice. Smoking can lead to lung cancer or a similar disease. I am very keen on traveling and have noticed that smoking is a popular activity in many countries. Are the local people aware of the danger I wonder? I have already given up drinking alcohol now I am in my thirties but in my teenage years I just wanted to appear cool with my friends. All except one of my friends did a bit of social smoking but none of them carried this on out of the teenage years.

Actually I just gave up smoking as of July 7th. I quit one other time for almost 3 years to start again *stupid* but at times the stress of certain parts of life can just get ya. Smoking isnt a good habit, but there is worse ones out there.

I don't smoke,don't drink.but if I do ,I will choose to give up cigarettes.

I've already gave up drinking since my boyfriend is not fond of drinking.He drinks but he can't even finish a bottle and I normally finish it for him..LOL. If I could give up smoking I'd love to do that.But it's really really really hard...esp.for our type of work where almost it's a rampant to smoke.tsk. :c

I am trying to give up smoking with out much success.I gave up drinking 3 months back
