My aunt told me recently that I should drink yakult to make my belly smaller ? Is it true that Yakult energy drink has slimming effects ? What are the health benefits of drinking yakult ?

for i know, yakult is not an energy drinks but a supplement drinks that help prevent or kills bad bacteria in our stomach. yakult contains lactobacillus that kills bad bacteria in our stomach to make it more active in disposing foods thats we have taken. i also drink yakult once a day. it's really a big help for our health...

I have never heard that it is for slimming, I think it has more to do with balancing the bacteria in your intestines and such, I love the stuff, it has a nice flavour, I think it may be good for indigestion also...Maybe someone can correct me on this..
