By best, I mean CHEAPEST, hence why I posted this in "make extra money":p
I am a newer driver, being 18 years old with an older car. The cheapest quote I could find was Nationwide, with $114.92 a month... which isn't too bad.
Progressive was ridiculous, at $258.56, and then esurance was $192.61.
Anyone know of places that are even cheaper? And of course I had to include a picture of my car:p

Progressive's quote is really ridiculous. I pay less than that per month for full coverage on two brand new vehicles with Farmers insurance.

If you're a student, you might check and see if the companies will give you a good student discount. Your rate is also going to depend on what sort of coverage you're getting. Full coverage is much more expensive than the minimum required by law in Arizona; when I first started driving, I had a 1996 Ford Taurus with basic liability coverage and uninsured motorist coverage (uninsured motorists are a large problem here in Arizona, with so many illegal immigrants in this area). I think I was paying under $75 for it every month. Depending on your vehicle's Blue Book value, it might be more cost effective to pay for just what's required by law, and save the extra just in case your vehicle is totaled and you have to replace it.

Hi there, I myself have progressive, two suv's fully covered for 169.00 per month, but I used to have an insurance company called Farm Bureau, they are super cheap, the reason I don't have them anymore is because we moved. But you should check them out.
