I spoke to my 2 year old great-nephew earlier and he told me something that his mom did that he did not like. Maybe he expected me to give her a good talking to, to make sure that it did not happen again. I thought it was the cutest thing in the world. He talks very clearly and is able to use complete sentences. He will not just say yes or no, but he will repeat what you said.
The other day I was visiting and my sister asked him if he wanted to sit on the potty. He said, no, I do not want to sit on the potty. When his uncle put the potty out in the middle of the floor and opened the lid, Jeremiah walked right by it and closed the lid and kept on going. I thought that was just too funny. He started school before he was one, so he is very smart now.

My nieces and nephews do stuff like this all the time. In fact, my nephew has recently begun insisting on calling everyone by their name, including his mother, father, grandma, and school teacher. I think your nephew sounds very smart and I would probably laugh at him too even though his parents may not appreciate it... Aunts exist to spoil the children :D

He is just so cute, I can not help but spoil him. One would think that he is my first nephew, but he is only my first great-nephew. I have ten other nieces and nephews, but they are all very special to me. My sister's smack their teeth at me and say that I need to have children of my own. I hope to have my own very soon. Kids are so adorable.
My youngest niece was calling her mom by her first name when she was four years old and at thirteen, my sister is saying she is now running the house. That kind of disreapect has to be taken seriously and stopped immediately.
