| |  maybe you can wear gloves to protect your nails.but it will be very hot in the summer.I don't have so many good advices,for I always cut them if they are too long,I feel uncomfortable for the long nails,though they are actually very beautiful and fashion.

| |  I use Sally Hansen polish. They have a product that helps keep them strong. After I shower I put lotion on and on my nails. (You don't want them to get dry and start to chip.) Then I put the Sally Hansen Nutra Nail (I know that Walmart has it). I only put it on a couple times a week. I think that is enough unless there are problems. I hope that helps. It keeps my hard, helps them grow pretty fast and they look nice too.
