i am trying to get my four year old girl to leave the shalow end and lurn how to swim but every thing i have tryed is not working i need some ting thet works please help

What have you bene doing that is not working? Have you tried swimming out with her yourself? Maybe that will give ehr some confidence, hold her up as she goes out to the deep end and while she is distracted just let her go...maybe it will work. I have seen many parents do that

any time thet i try to get her to go away from the steps she throws a fit

Ok I would suggest you take her to another pool if you ca or een the beach, somewhere that has no kind of steps...here we do have swimming pools but steps leading to both ends the shallow part and the deep part...but the best place for kids to learn si really at the beach

i live in the mid weast beachs are in short suply but i will take here to an old swiming spot of mine thinks for the tip
