How do you know that there is WAYYYY too much stress for your system to handle?

Hey Mylotters
I know we are all different and all that but I was just wondering how people out there recognize their level of stress is too high and they NEED a break from everything!!!Catch ya later.
PS. I am trying to figure this out before I am too stressed and there is nothing except a Hospital that can help me.

When my stress levels are pretty high for me I usually can't help but to cry. I'm pretty stressed right now from trying to get government forms in time for traveling, the gov. just takes all the time they want nowadays, it's so frustrating!

I know when I'm getting stressed as I got really snappy and tired quickly and basically can't be bothered . . a bit like at the mo! It been a busy day and I've not achieved what I want to and have been doing about 5 things at once!! Everyone has different stress levels and usually I can take a lot but I know I really need a break from it all! I also get upset really easily and wana smash stuff (not that i do) Anyway good luck hope you can figure it out, Take care P.S its also dealing with your stress when you get it, i find that going to the gym or having a bit of me time helps!
