They are sweet. So it may keep some from eating junkier foods. THey have potassium which is good for you too. Being pregnant, they are also yummy with peanut butter.

One of the benefits of eating bananas is if you are hungry and you eat a banana then you will be less hungry than you were before you ate the banana.

Bananas are great, I try to eat at least one every day. They are mostly known for having a lot of potassium, but I think they have a variety of other nutrients that people need. I have a health condition and I need extra potassium. I used to eat a lot more than one a day, but now I'm down to one. The only drawback is that they're one of the more sugary fruits and they have a lot of calories compared to other fruits.
