It is review time!

Okay so it is review time at work and your boss hands you the review paper work and says fill it out. Review your self! What would you do? Would you be honest and really put what you think you need to work on - what you think you should get more credit for? Or would you play it safe and put pretty much put all good things about yourself? Have you ever had a boss ask you to review your self first? If so what did you do? If not what would you do?

Never happened to me unfortunatelly! But but above average in everything and tell someone to dismiss your boss. He cannot operate as a boss!

Not true - I have a friend who has to review herself every quarter. Her boss reviews her too but the boss wants to see what the employee (my friend) has to say about her self. How does she feel she is doing. Then they go over it together. The boss tells her I agree or disagree. It makes you as the one being reviewed be honest with yourself about if you could do better.
