What do you think is the best Contraception?

me personally.. i like that depo shots...i have a bad bad memory and always forgot to take my pills...@what do you think?

I had some really bad side effects to the depo shot, I really didn't like it. I have an IUD and I love it. It's pretty much 100% effective and the second I get it taken it out I can get pregnant.

I prefer an IUD. I used to take the pill but I had a hard time remembering to take them.

I would say the best birth control is Nuva Ring. You can't even feel it and the guy can't either! It's so wonderful. It's got a low dose of hormones, too. You keep it in for three weeks and take it out the fourth week, and then insert a new ring the next week. It's so easy and comfortable! I have had no side effects whatsoever from using it, and I would recommend it to any woman wanting an easy birth control method!
