| What's the ideal frequency to do bodybuilding in a week?  | | | | Hi. I'm kinda new to bodybuilding. The last two months I have dropped 28 lbs and have conditioned my body with lots of endurance and cardio exercises. Right now I'm slowly increasing my diet to a high protien. Last two weeks I have also slowly pumped up my body building regimen. I do 30 minutes in my home gym using a 10 variety of weight regimens. After which I pump iron for another 15mins. Am I pushing it too much? I'm also taking supplements(L-Arganine 500mg and L-glutamine 500mg) and protien powder but so far progress is a bit slow. I do the home gym regimens daily while I pump iron every other. How do you guys do it? Any advices? | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
