Please suggest me some best methods of coffee and tea preparation. I know that it varies from persons to persons and also places to places. But I am interested to know the different methods from different localities!

I don't drink coffee personally but everyone I know who drinks it has told me to put the milk in the cup with the coffee first before adding the water oherwise you burn the coffee so this is how I make it for anyone who comes around & wants a cuppa

I stay in Delhi where people use lot of variations in their teas, one is the ginger tea, mash the fresh ginger about 1/4th inch and boil it along with tea leaves and add milk and sugar, this is ginger tea. next is cardamom tea, add 1-2 pods of crushed cardamom in your boiling tea. this gives a great flavoured tea. as far as coffee goes, I prefer freshly brewed filter coffee, I drink instant coffee when I run out my stock of coffee powder. I have a electric coffee maker , with 4 heaps of powder and 250 ml of water I get a strong decoction which gives a great coffee when I mix it with sugar and milk .
