First year of Celiac  | |  Well one year ago today the nurse called me up and told me that daughters blood work tested positive for Celiac Disease and that we needed to see a specialist. The reason I remember this is that this occured on daughters 13th birthday and now today is her birthday again and she is 14. So she has been gluten free for almost a year now. That anniversary happens in September because we had to wait for the endoscopy to be done first before going gluten free.
