have you tried working as a secretary?

Hi zeny! My first job after I graduated from school is General Manager of a hotel. You can imagine it was really a challenge for me, who had no exprience in hotel and had no idea about secretary. My boss was sometime nice and sometime curious,which was really a hard time for me. As a secretary is not just a matter of taking notes,typing letters but also takes all your efforts to improve yourself in skills of communication with all departments heads and in how to settle problems with quick mind.You should also know what your boss is thinking,for which you can better support your boss to finish his task. Sometimes, if a boss get a very helpful secretary,he will be much easier in job. I am not a secretary now but maybe someday will be again. Wish you enjoy your work.
