any easy way , or free software to remove those installed items , which by mistake are installed twice?

Installed twice which mean an application in two different locations. Assuming one is in the correct location, uninstall that application delete the one in the wrong folder then reinstall in the right one. I am not aware of a tool to correct duplicate application installation.
