Your opinion about Online Dating Sites

Online dating sites are getting popularity in todays world. The people want to try a different way to find partners. I think, the relationship is very short in this type of relationship and so I never tried it. Is it wise to join a site like this?

I am very cynical when it comes to online dating. I don't think love forms from desperate people that make it their absolute goal to fall in love. Love should be accidental, and spontaneous! It may work for some, but definitely not me. I met my boyfriend online, but on a website that was educational, and helped us learn languages, we had no intention of finding a partner online. He lives in Sweden, 4000 miles away from my home in America, but he has visited me before, just last week he was staying with me for a month, and he has to be the best person I have ever met :). I will be going there in December, I am so excited! But I don't really think you could find what we have on one of those dating sites.
