| |  i knew one girl that went on it and she said it made her jittery. i've heard others say it wasn't good. you should try to google it and find stories online that are not connected to a website that sells it. maybe it is okay for you, i don't know. but not everyone thinks it's good for them.

| |  I haven't found any of those type of products that work for me. I have tried several different ones, too many to remember. I am still chubby.
My latest experiment was called Removyl. All it removed was cash from my wallet.
I tried the Green Tea capsules, Dexatrim, Hoodia, Relacore, Metabolife and Cortislim. None of them worked.
I am now trying to just eat less and eat better foods. I also am trying to be more active.

| | Trace I am afraid it's calories in calories out. I did find that the flatt belly diet really helped me and I was never hungry. however it was some work and I
had the time to put into it. I lost 4" around the belly and 5 lbs in 27 days.

| |  Me! I lost a bit of weight and it wasnt bad at all. I got used to only eating one full meal a day but I did snack quite a bit in between. I say, if you really want to lose weight healthily you should try it. It is a little expensive though.
