dolls looking like real babies

I guess there are new baby dolls out there that are so life like that police have broken into some cars to rescue the "baby"! Imagine their surprise. They say of course that doll collectors are buying them, but also parents who have recently lost babies. I wonder if it is a wise idea for parents who have lost babies to buy them? I doubt that it would lessen the pain of losing a baby. Also could criminals use these "babies" as hostages? I have seen a picture of the doll and they really do look real. What would your response be if you saw someone with what you thought was a baby, then found out it was just a doll?

yes I heard about someone breaking into a car to rescue what they thought was a baby, they really do make them life like, I agree with you I don't think it would be wise for someone who has lost a baby to have one of these dolls I think it would play with the mind...

I agree with you. The parent who has lost a baby is already unstable, and getting one of these dolls would surely play havoc with the mental state!
