What do you do to a person that accused you of stealing? You have all the proofs that you did not steal from him.At the end of the day you now found out that it was this same person that accused you of stealing, that stole from you, what do you do?He know for sure that you do not have the money to take a lawyer!

nice to meet you here and glad to share my opinion with you.
first,i should borrow money from friends because i have to clear myself and prove myself innocent.
as for that kind of people who accused me,i would no longer make friends with him and stay as far away as possible from him.And i also will teach him a lesson.a lesson about how to be a honest person and not to hurt those innocent helpless people.
i would teach him how to boost his moral standard and not to hurt our society.

That was my thought. Get the proof together, for both (your claim the person stole from you and the disproof that you stole from that person), confront the person, see what the reaction is. Don't forget to point out that it doesn't help to accuse the victim of a crime just to cover up your own shortcomings. Then forget about the person or what you lost. You likely won't get it back. And it's highly unlikely the person will go to the police over their claim. You may do it, if your proof is solid;)

I'm looking forward to that.Have a wonderful day!
