Problematic neighbor.

My neighbours sometimes play the piano but there not purposley being annoying, they dont play at noght, and I know their son takes piano lessons so I dont dont complain. Although a few years ago I had a neighbour who always usde to BANK onn the walls for no reason at all but they stopped after they were threatned with eviction...

I think some just do what they want to do and don't care about the neighborly peace. Some don't even realize that what they do is disturbing. The older kid of our neighbor (he is 30 and apparently unemployed!) has an ATV that he always started up revving between 1 and 2pm. Right when my kids had fallen asleep for their nap. Of course they were up again and cranky. One day his mom was home and heard him do it. Oh, did she yell at him and tell him how inconsiderate he was towards us. Another neighbor (only lived there for a year), they had loud parties and started hammering stuff at like 2am. The kids were roudy and they were constantly yelling, swearing, and making threads. That's just how they were.

And yes, nobody is happy with neighbors like that. Most is unintentional. And some have an agenda. Did you upset them somehow? Is there an underlying sort of feud?
