There are some face creams that can lighten the spots but if you want full removal you probably need to get a chemical peel from a place that performs laser removals or cosmetic surgeries. If you stay out of the sun or wear lot of sunscreen that will help as well. I have many freckles on my face in the summer but I have just learned to live with them and love them. My boyfriend even thinks they are cute so it give me the extra confidence and ability to embrace them.

Your face will be red and peely for a few weeks because the chemical peel gets rid of layers of skin. You have to put a lot of creams on that they give you or at least in my experience. I did not get a chemical peel on my face. I had a problem on my back and I got it there. As for price it's different in every place but estimates are usually free. The bad thing is depending on how deep the freckles are in your skin you might need to get more than one chemical peel. The best way to find out more information is to find a place that does it and get a free consultation from them and they can tell you if you need to get it done more than once and the price. | |

And get your freckles treated by a dermatologist if they really annoy you. I don't think they can be hidden really well unless a thick coat of makeup is used (see Monika in FRIENDS).
