Do you play badminton, and how often do you play it within one week  | |  I started this sport since last October, and I enjoy it gradually, this sport is very good for me for physical exercise purpose, first I can only play it once a week, but now I can play it twice a week, even trice in total 6 hours a week, what do you think about it, do you enjoy it, and how many times do you play it within a week?

I played badminton with my sister a few days ago and I am getting bad at it and my hands ached after playing. I think I need to practice more.

I also had this condition of having a right hand ache after playing at the begining, I found I palyed it with my hand in a wrong way, but now I make a good progress and the ache disappeared when I corrected the way.
