What Kind Of Pillow Do You Use?

What prompted this discussion is that the other morning I woke up with such a bad stiff neck on my right side that I'm wondering if it isn't time for a new pillow. The question is, what kind of pillow is best to prevent this from happening and what kind of pillow do most people find helpful for a restful sleep? Thanks

I have no idea what's right or what works for other people, but I sleep with three fluffy pillows. Perhaps it has something to do with all of my physical maladies. I also have to sleep on my left side. The 3 pillows make it so I'm almost sitting up. But it's what I have to do.

Hi, wachit14. I use a firm pillow that my husband bought from Walmart for me. When I first slept on this pillow my neck felt so much more better. It was very cozy and soft like a cloud. I plan to buy me a pillow that I have seen out a health magazine. This pillow helps with neck and back pain. I know that it would work for me.

I like really really fluffy pillows, and my husband tends to like really really flat ones. I like pillows that I can fluff up that are full of feathers or foam chips, or down, but my huband likes solid ones, preferably flat, that take the shape of his head, and don't elevate his head too far off of the bed.
