How Does Chinese Women Remain Slim?

LOL, Chinese girls don't eat too much junk food. I think that's enough.

Hi okwusman, I'm not a chinese, but I just observed that chinese are eating well balance diet. They prefer tea or supplements. They like herbals, and even they love to eat natural foods with no preservatives added. They are very passionate with their healthy, and even their skin. Chinese, most of them has a fair and white skin.

Hello okwusman1, How are you I am not chinese, but from what I have observed...one reason is that it is their feature. There are fat Chinese women too. But most of the time these women eat less and are very conscious about their body built because they will never get a husband if they don't slim down. As I said, their consciousness resulted into exercising every morning and eating very little. This is just from what I have seen. Take care =)
