My mom's fried chicken...  

Let me share to you how my mom cooks her very special friend chicken;
Ingredients: Chicken cut into serving pieces, crushed garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, dried bay leaf (one piece only), ground pepper and seasoning.
Marinade the chicken into all following ingredients preferably overnight.
Let it simmer in medium heat until the chicken cooks and the marinate reduced.
Deep fry the chicken until golden brown and put a mixture of cornstarch and water and simmer for five minutes. Viola!!! savory chicken served with french fries on the side and chicken beside a steaming rice. Bon appetit...
