It really does help to know what vitamins and minerals are in different foods to be able to get a well balanced diet.

Now, I have always been a fan of healthy food, but I know a lot o people who are no. He never had a problem with his kids not eating certain foods. The way he cooks, how can anyone help but like it, and want a second, third or fourth helping?:) My husband's cooking ges straight A's from me.
