Two friends, same avatar!

It would depend on the avitar I guess... If it was a pic that comes with your computer or something that is considered "public domain" then I guess it would be ok. There are hundreds of people on myLot who have that little green man because they've never changed it. Now, if it was a personal pic - like mine is, it's me - then I think something should be done. It would be hard to say though, because most people think anything on the internet is "public domain" and would use it anyways.

Mylot doesn't insist on avatars. So one can use any common avatar. But the thing is that if you are using a particular avatar, that will stuck in the minds of other members. This small picture acts as an identifier. At a glance of the particular avatar people can recognize the owner of that avatar. So, in my opinion, it is better to stick on one unique avatar for ever.
