what are the causes of arthritis?

arthritis is not for the old people only. even young people have it. but of course its more on adult one. i dont know if i have that already. cause my joints is aching sometimes. but i have lover back pain. i dont know what doctor should i visit to have it check? what do you think?

Some of the causes are the things we eat- like beans and the internal part of pigs [beef, pork] or too much protein..i think you should visit the doctor just to make sure..

i have also pains previously on my joints and i went to have my blood check. i found out that i have a high level of uric acid that cause my joints to ache. the doctor gave me medicine to take a listed down the foods that i cant eat for the mean time. i can still eat the foods he said not to eat for the mean time but on small servings only. so why not try to get your blood check to, i went to a general medicine doctor.
