I will one to benefit from this project as I am from Bulacan. And so as my families and "kababayans" from the province. But this project sucks. I mean, how can we spend a lot of money on this thing, the fact that we don't have such funds to invest on it. Spending more than what you have in your pocket? And who will suffer most? The question here is, Is this really needed? Is this for the benefit of the whole country? The one who will suffer on this so-called project is we Filipinos who are paying taxes. Why not spend those millions for the betterment of the whole?

we can still find good things here, see the lrt's and the mrt's? it's such a great alternative for commuters especially in great traffic situations. but another burden for the filipinos? no way.

i know it my best. but the project says that it was already a project way back in 2004. and we are already paying for the $1M interest, every day is a million dollar a day. what shall we do with the project, scrap it? and another burden will be the chinese court if we breach the contract. we are all losers here.

Well I think this another overpriced project will take its toll again on us taxpayers who work very hard everyday just to get their families the basic needs. I think that although it will bring us benefit now but in the long run paying up for it will really make more of us poor because we would shoulder too the expense for that project.
