Internal appraisals. Good enough fot not switching your job?

The salary raise we get as a result of annual appraisals does not seem enough to me to be motivated for staying back on the job? What you feel on this? How much increment did you get in your last appraisal?

Hi. The appraisals are not meant for any make millioinare program. You must understand that companies have their own costs and expenses which have to be managed evenly. If all employees demand hikes all the time what will happen to the profit of the comany

not at all in my case also. there are some other cases for which i am not able to switch job. dad is not keeping well. plus my city do not have so many better option than the current one.at this moment i am not able to move. but once dad keeps well i will try for new ones.
