true to life scary experience

i have a lot of experiences in paranormal and one of this is my most unforgetable experience when i was in our province.one midnight i decided to sleep after reading my favorite book entitled true philippine ghost stories.its almost past 12 in the midnight and i can't sleep because of what i see.while looking around i see a figure dark shadow at the door he is standing at the door and watch over me.i thought it was my cousin, after that i woke up and ask him why are you awake its already past 12 in the morning the shadow did'nt answer me,i was shocked by that time and nervous coz i can't see anything but the shadow of the man only,i ran to my bed and use my blanket to cover my face,i feel that he touched my body and i hear his smiles and whisper to my ear that he wants me to be in his kingdom.after that i wake up and run to my cousin and told her the story.i got sick that time beacuse of the nervousness and fear.if you are in my situation what would you do?
