POOR Lincoln, if only he had had a kind, warm-hearted wife!

Throughout Lincoln's whole miserable life, i feel heartbreak, the biggest disater he had is marrying his wife and would not devorce her which gave her more chances to torture him. It is so unfair why such a noble man , the greatest president ( As Lincoln lay dying, Secretary of War Stanton said, "there lies the most perfect ruler of men that the world has ever seen.:) deserves such a worse woman is beyond me all the time.

well you know this is another side of life you cannot have things th way you want but the things wil just go in the oppsite way you want and also the other name of life is problem and also in his time he was also a human just like everone of us just his good deeds make him aprt of us

yeah, i agree with u. but i only feel sad for poor Lincoln cause he is such a near perfect man with so many virtues for us to follow. there couldn't be a worse wife one could find. and the sad truth is he never enjoyed a happy even short family life. i feel like crying for him .I love Lincoln-- the greatest man we've ever had.

i did a research on lincoln he was the president that free the slaves if he had not free us we would still be inslaved.he was killed because he free the slave he felt that all men was created equal so he was shot in the back of the head because he felt this way.licolc was a proud and good man.
