Aging, Health and the poor!

I don't know if it's so much that they are less educated, rather that they are desparate, and must settle for jobs that may be unhealthy for them, in order to make a living and support their families.

I think the stress of everyday life ages people... worry ages people too. I think living beyond one's means and being in constant debt and worry ages people, so that yes, I do agree with you in part, I think even educated people that make fairly good money can be under so much stress from being in debt that it ages them. I am so glad I look young!I'm 58 and not rich... I have a GED education, and college and retired from being a nurse due to disability... but I am always asked if I am in my 40's or if I am my daughter's sister.

Some of the poorest people are well-educated but have fallen upon hard times. Their self-esteem has been killed. They take whatever jobs they can in order to survive from day-to-day. I think the worry and the stress is what makes people age faster.
