Hi
Many years ago, my favorite places to go grocery shopping were Cubs and Eagle. Our Eagle closed down a couple of years ago and the big super WalMart was built. It ran most all of our smaller grocery stores out of business. There used to be Eisners, Eagle, and a few smaller stores. Kroger is still around but they are kind of pricey, but they always have really good meats and veggies.
My favorite grocery store is Super WalMart. Ever since they opened, it has been our main grocery store and buy whatever you want store.
We can not only get our weekly grocery items, but also buy things that are not food related such as electronics, prescriptions, and about any other thing you could dream of.
So what is your favorite grocery store and why?

My favourite supermarket is Sainsburys, because it has a certain rang of food called "Taste the Difference" which I love, especially the burgers and stuff like that. I also like the cakes and stuff especially the cheesecake. It also does a certain range of food that is going to be out of date soon, so they sell it for cheap, so I find good bargains in the store although it is more expensive that other shops.

I shop at wal-mart a lot which I think is named after the creator sam walton. there is a local store I go to sometimes for little things which is called williams market, again probably named after the owner.

We go to Shoppers. They have some good sales going on sometimes. Most of there items we can find kind of cheap, cheaper than other grocery stores. They also have a wider variety of certain items to choose from than other stores.
The other day I went to Giant and they were a lot more money on everything. Some of there items they didn't have a lot to choose from either. I would say that I am only going to go there when they have a really good deal or when I want to go get some crab legs. They are good to go get crab legs.
The grocery stores that we do have are shoppers, giant, and bloom. Bloom used to be called Food Lion and they changed it.
We also have a WalMart but how do you know if it is a Super Walmart? They have some food and drinks but not a whole lot. We also have a Target I usually don't go there because they are more expensive than Walmart. The last time I went to Walmart I got some soda's because they had some for like 0.60

Hi
Thanks for your response
We don't have a Shoppers or Giant or Blooms. lol
They consider a Walmart a Super Walmart when it has all the non-food items that a normal Walmart has, but has a full grocery store including fresh vegatables, meat, deli, bakery, etc. We have a Target but in the past 3 years it has been here, I have only been there twice. Our Target doesn't not have many grocery items.
