Are you klind to yourself and home?

I live in a really old building that's hot in the summertime, and humid as h3ll and old in the wintertime because the windows let the cold air in, and electric heating is expensive. I keep the heat on just low enough to keep he pipes from freezing, and bundle up in warm clothes when I am inside.

I think the best insulation is the type made from recycled newspaper and treated with borax. It's blown in the attic and walls.
