So on Friday my psycho husband called cys on me because I don't want to get back with him. She had fallen off the bed last Wednesday night and I told him about it but he is using her as a pawn. This is killing me because I am not allowed contact with her and she is in his custody. The allegations are going to dropped from what the cys caseworker told me yesterday when she came to the house. I got a lawyer and we are filing for an emergency custody hearing because even after this cys thing blows over he still won't let me see her. He is a freaking psycho and she needs to be back with me.
