McCain Mentions Health Care for US Citizens

While talking about health care, McCain drew attention to the Afghan poppy plants.... Quite an interesting connection. Does the United States believe that Health Care will be improved, if our government agencies have more control of this poppy product? We have legal drugs that ONLY the GOVERNMENT or DOCTORS the government extends this right to, can sell. Who is making the most profit off of drug use in the United States? How many people are addicted to medications they really do not need? How many people are abusing these drugs given to them by their DOCTORS? These are all very real issues in the United States. People need to be informed, people need to be protected. Our Government is not against drugs, they are against anything they cannot make money off of. Welcome to Capitalism. Your views?
