All of us walk and walk most of the time. At home and in the office. As one big family each one has a different step habits on the floor. There are those who is walking and you cant hear he is walking. There are those with so much noise in walking even barefooted. For one belonging to a family, more or less when you hear someone going up the stairs, you would say he is so and so, and you can distinguish one from the other. Are you familiar with your family members footsteps? Are you a silent or loud walker?

hi bagumbayan!
more or less, i'm familiar with the footsteps of members of our family. I can tell just by hearing it without even looking who is it. that's why at times that i'm alone at home, i'm lying down watching tv and somebody walks in, if I knew who is it just by the footsteps, I don't bother to get up to see who was it. and at times I would say, "hey (name) close the door" without looking. ^__^ I especially know the footsteps of my little nephew when climbing up the stairs going to my room. his footsteps are a little heavy and always excited.
even here at the office, i'm already familiar with the footsteps of some of my officemates. especially my boss. i'd hear her heels just when she is entering the door and i'd immediately appear to be busy on something.

See, footsteps helps a lot and its good, right. Even pretending you are busy when your boss comes in, he he, Ill inform her. By now you will be more conscious on someone else footsteps. Thanks for the response.

This is an interesting discussion. I think i'm a loud walker because maybe I put in stress when I walk. My family wears slippers, some of them are hard slippers and some are soft. The noise will also depend on the slippers that some of my family members wear haha.
Overall, I am quite familiar with my family members' footsteps.
Cheers'

Thanks for the response. As you read this I am sure you will be more keen on observing hearing other footsteps. So youre a loud walker and maybe you easily break your slippers and shoes, hope not. Thanks again.
