How does the increase in food prices affect you?  |

 When we do shopping before we never care about the price as long as we like it.But now as the price increases we started to become frugal.When i shop for myself i usually chose those that were on sale.Its good to spend wisely now.

I think it will also affect our nutrition if we just count on our money. We still need to consume some good food that are essential, even though they are costly.

| 5. applefreak (1260) | 1 month ago |  yes the increase in food prices has definitely affected the way i shop. i used to just grab whatever i feel like without looking at the price. nowadays i will look at the price and try to compare between places. i'll also see if there are suitable alternatives that will fit my budget better. if there are sale items, i'll try to include them in my meal planning. the prices are increasing so much faster than my salary that i really have to be careful in my spending. cheers;p
