Just now I was digging in my fridge, trying to find something to chew. But I could not find anything, only left a small bar of chocolate, lol. I had finished it while I am posting my discussions here. Do you have a habit of storing lots of food in your fridge? Sometimes I have this habit and prepare the food for just in case I am lazy out to eat or I want to get something to chew. But these few weeks because previously I had stored lots of things in my fridge, ended up I could not finish them and I had to throw them away. It was a waste of my money. So I stopped storing things in my fridge,at the same time I could keep fit and save money, lol. How about you? Please share with me,thanks.

Yes, but we only store vegetables and pork to prepare for dishes. We don't store chocolates and sweets because it wont last a day.

my wife and i are shopping grocery items weekly. and that would be for the family's weekly consumption. we cannot full the fridge with a lot of foods. the prices are all up now so we cannot afford to stock more from how much budget we have. KEEP SMILING= NEIL
