Within the call center industry they call the dell account "dell-hell" because many issues arise with that computer. I use dell right now and I'm telling you it's not good. The customized computer is much better. And a customized one is the best, because you can set the specs that you want for your computer. Anyways you're a Filipina right? you're cute.

you can contact them by phone, email, you can even talk to them through their chatroom. It takes like one minute for them to reach you. EXCELLENT:)
their Return policy is great too.
Not only great customer service, but customizable products...something inexpensive or high-end...they got it...great value in the end!
If price is not an issue, Alienware is also great and the its also the best computer you also can buy(from a dealer you can actually build a better one for less) Alienware was bought out by Dell, but is still pretty much the same. Its expensive but their laptops and desktops are very amazing!

My computer is not effected to viruses because i have an anti-virus which protects it. And it depends on the sites which we browse and participate. The only online virus is not by the online surfing but the downloads also. I love HCL which very reliable and cost effective.
