Broe  | |  Okay, I have been missing a lot on Days since I stopped watching around 2002 or 2003 I believe. Whatever happened to Brady and Chloe? I see that she has just gotten out of a relationship or something with Phillip and now has got her groove on with Lucas, who is now going to jail? What's going on? Whatever happened to Brady? | MissyK (48) | 2 months ago |  That was such a ridiculous and uncharacteristic storyline. When Chloe first came back, Victor didn't know where Brady was and badgered Chloe to tell him. Then, we learn, all along Victor knew?
From what I've read, when Chloe first came back, the writers had intentions to bring Brady back, either with a recast or the original actor, Kyle Lowder, who was/is on Bold & the Beautiful. I don't know why they didn't follow through (though the head writers in charge when Chloe first came back were fired after the writers' strike, so that may have something to do with it), but you can tell they wrote the "Brady is a drug addict" story just to tie up lose ends and move on.
