Shear Genius, Season 2

I have seen all of the this season's shows. I think having difficult clients is a good way to randomly test the stylists. After all in the real world it will be the same. The HOC girls who wouldn't allow their hair to be cut were a handful. But the one stylist did not do a good job at creating a finished look for her style. It looked very stringy and messy to me. Just a bad job. The second one, did not have to style the client's hair the exact same way as she had when she came in. There was no difference at all. The stylist could have combed it differently and given her a whole new look with just a curl or flip up instead of in, perhaps parted it in a different spot. There was just no imagination.

If they are up for a prize of $100,000 they better pull out all the stops and not play it too safe. I think over all it's been a pretty fair competition.

I just watched an episode, and that was my first time. Well I had my own favorites, but I find some styles very much overwhelming, and inappropriate to the theme. I think it is a great reality show, but some hair styles were not realistic. I don't think I would want to be styled like that. But it is really stressing when your model starts to have a not so good attitude.

I love this show! I don't think you should volunteer to be on the show unless you are willing to get your hair changed. I agree, it wasn't fair to those few stylists that got those few Orange County housewives. It is one of my favorite shows though and I love watching what the final look looks like. I'm excited for next week's show with the Charlie's Angels theme. It should be good!
