This may be a strange discussion but sometimes i find myself just crying for no reason, or just being stressed out over things,Things are going on in my life right now and i dont really know how to make myself feel more better or things i can do to get my mind off of them...I talk to god and I know he hears my crys but sometimes It just seems like im giving up...It seems like love has basically got my head in the drain..i dont know any help will do!!!

I usually like to do something relaxing to help me unwind. I like going swimming, taking a hot bubble bath, going to mall, get a manicure, or go on a little trip to the beach. It just sounds like you need to unwind, and you should be fine. I think everyone goes through this once and awhile.

There's no one solution to help you overcome tough times or emotion situations you don't really understand. Praying to God is a good start, but are you really willing to accept the kind of help God will offer you? The first thing you need to do is encourage yourself because no one else is can do it for you. It is not boastful to tell yourself that you are intelligent, beautiful, talented and loved. Say these words constantly to yourself and give yourself examples to what makes you these things and eventually your subconscious mind accepts it then you'll begin to live it. You are the only person that can live your life how you choose to take on the challenges of your life will be up to you.

3. inia_54 (163) | 3 months ago | My sympathy is with you, Britzsofly. When I was in that situation, I went berserk. I feel the world was crumbling down. I was a useless and helpless person. I want to be alone. I did not go to work for days. I stayed in bed, crying, crying and crying. I locked myself in my room all day long. It was horrible. Surprisingly, after 3-4 days, I came back to sense that it is time for to get up and face reality. Life must go on. I started by organizing myself. I would clean my messy room, get ready and get out from the house. I watch movie, went window shopping, buy things I like. I focus on my work and I put side the feeling of selfpity. Very soon I realized my sadness was gone and I was on my feet again feeling more stronger and confidence.
