A good and cheap digital camera

I need a new digital camera but i do not have a lot of money - can i get a good digital camera for under $100.00!!??
I think that I can hack spending 100.00 on a camera , i would really like to spend less than that.
I want one for taking pics of my kids and pics of stuff for ebay and such.

Well speaking of ebay, why not get one from there. If you're not really too picky, why not get a good second hand digital camera in the meantime. If your business in ebay does well, then just upgrade to a new one.

Digital cameras have improved a lot in the last few years and they've gotten cheaper overall. So, yes, you can get a pretty good digital camera for less than that price. But, you won't be able to get a digital SLR for that price, though. But, you wouldn't want one unless you are planning to do professional style photography. I would suggest finding a used Coolpix camera or something like that. I've seen some photos from those cameras and they come out pretty good. I'm sure you can get a used one for less than $100.
