why is it  | |  ok we all know nintendo has lame third party support and most non-first party games on it suck there are two things i dont understand one thing is why doesnt nintendo crack down on this like they did in the nes day so there arnt anymore crappy games such as ninja breadman annother thing that astondishes me is that not only are they not doing that but most of the advertisements in nintendo power are for crappy games! i know they have to have ads but why not put in cap com,sega or some other company that is realy trying to make quality games in the advertisements instead of games like jenga world tour or any type of movie game

And nintendo is mostly known for its first party games like zelda, mario, and whatnot. And those crappy games can bring life to a lame game party sometimes. Look at the lineup of PS3 at PSN, games like fat princess and flower is still there. Do you think they're crappy? It looks so, but then proper ads and also a good gameplay can be a good factor to a game. A crappy game for you might be golden to others, and vise versa. If you don't advertise them, how would they be known? Devil may Cry and Resident Evil, as well as Sonic, Final Fantasy and other top-tier games are so popular already that a mere rumor about a sequel can make the gaming community drool in awe. But for games like Jenga world tour and others alike, without ads they are nothing. Games need to sell, no matter who made them or how big or small they are. They are still games, games that are liked and hated at the same time. And when the love-hate balance is significant, you have to go the extra mile to promote them, just so that others will recognize.
And by the way, there really is no crappy game per se. It depends on the interest of a person. Most 360 users can say that Wii sports sucks, while Wii users can say those shiny shooters are for kids who only lived in the era where shiny shooters are to be drooled upon.
