I use orkut and this is the best for me.
I am using it from around 3 years and now i am linked with my all friends there so there is no chance to move on from orkut.
orkut is a google product and google services are best and world famous.

From all the websites you mentioned above I have an account only in facebook.
I joined facebook about 3 months ago because I've heard a lot about this website and I was really interested to see what is facebook and how is like to be a facebook member. Ever since I enter facebook every single day to see if there is something new with my friends, if someone add me as a friends etc... I really like this website and I think facebook is a awesome tool for contact your friends, share pictures and more.
About Myspace and Orkut, I have heard about this two websites but I have never tried anyone of them because most of my friends are in facebook. I think it's unnecessary to have an account in all of this websites. One is enough and I'm already having a great time in facebook so I don't think I'll join Orkut or Myspace for now. Maybe I'll decide to try them in the future if I'll know some more friends who have accounts there.

The only thing I don't like about it is it's hard to find people outside of your "networks." It seems to be focused on finding people you already know. I like to meet people I have things in common with, I don't care where they live or if I know them already! But then on MySpace there doesn't seem to be a way to search by INTEREST, only by where they live, age, body type... like MySpace was primarily designed for young people looking for dates. I see Facebook as being a little more "mature", generally. | |

In response to your other comment, the new beta is the new design. The old design is not particularly easier to use than the new one, but it's easier to find all the information you want.
I figured I'd just get used to using the new one as they're going to impliment it anyway in a few weeks. | |
