Batteries not garantee.

Maybe you can buy a replacement battery, sometimes replacement batteries are much better than the original batteries. I think it's because the original batteries are too expensive and they are not easily bought so they stay in the store for more time than they have to be sold and used. I my country, when you buy a mobile phone, the battery is usually just replaceable within a week, same goes with the charger.

My cell phone was working properly until recently, that its getting charged properly due to battery problem. .. It loses its battery very fast.. within 2 or 3 calls i get "low battery" message... It will cost me about Rs 500 for buying a new battery... But I'm thinking if buying a new cellphone...

I hate that! I recently bought a new phone that doesn't have a battery that you can replace, so I'm dreading the day that it dies.

Luckily, there are places that sell cheap replacement batteries. I shop for cell phone batteries at a place called calcellular and they have excellent prices and very good service. They don't sell the exact brand that's in your phone, but a lot of the off brands are very inexpensive and work just as well. You should see if there are any of those sorts of shops that offer shipping to your area.

Here, the only way that the battery costs more than the phone is if you get tons of rebates and get your phone for, basically, free from the service provider or you're buying the battery from the cell phone manufacturer.

Good luck! Batteries, I think, are about the most frustrating part of having a cell phone.
